Born Street Food 2022


As every year, the Born Street Food will be attended by the great classics of the festival. Joan Bagur, standard-bearer of the best Mexican cuisine in Barcelona at Oaxaca Cuina Mexicana, the international Viñaspre brothers and their legendary Sagardi Basque grill – who have just attended the Meatopia festival in London, an international benchmark for fire cooking – and Dani Rueda with his creative tapas at Tapeo Born. Eva Vila, the great expert in cheeses from Teca de Vila Viniteca and the wine pairing of the specialist Quim Vila, the rice dishes cooked over orange wood from Restaurant Cadaqués, or one of the great novelties of the city: the Japanese tavern Ikoya Izakaya, which will delight us with its robata, Japanese grill. As representatives of the Argentinean grill, Claudio and Yoel Vainberg from El Foro Restaurante, the historic fish rice dishes from La Barra del 7 Portes, and the magnificent Marc Villà’s pasta from Bronzo Bar e Cuina. And, of course, Guzzo Club, who will also be in charge of the music.
